To provide educational opportunities, experiences and information which facilitate exposure to nature and natural environment, music, art and vocational experiences.
Who we Are
Cowlitz School at the Confluence was established in 2014 offering K-12 boarding students a non-traditional approach to learning through nature, hands on experiences and occupational learning. Although the school is not currently accepting students, we have expanded our focus and are dedicated to cultivating a sense of care and connection with the natural world by offering educational experiences and information which focus on community and educational based learning grounded in music, arts, occupational education and the environment. It is our desire that individuals gain a deeper understanding of how all of life is connected and grow to understand how our actions influence the world around us.
